Exchanges & Returns
We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered we will exchange them or give you a refund for the items, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with tags intact, and postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Under NO circumstances will any items be accepted if the WEAR ME tag has been removed.
We strongly advise trying the garment on immediately upon receipt to ensure correct size – items returned outwith the 14 days will not be accepted.
Items that have been damaged, altered, worn, washed, or dry cleaned will not under any circumstances be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Please ensure that you are not wearing any make up, perfume, deodarant or body lotion when trying on the garment.
Use caution if member of your household are smokers; returned items with any scent of smoke or other odours (perfumes, cooking, etc.) will not under any circumstances be eligible for refund/exchange.
Garment(s) must be folded as received, and returned in original packaging.
A return and exchange form is included with every order. Please complete the return form and include it with the item(s) to be returned or exchanged. All returns or exchanges must be packaged securely and shipped via a prepaid, insured, and traceable method in order to ensure safe delivery. We strongly recommend sending all returning items by Recorded Delivery / proof of posting.
Allow 5 working days from receipt of goods for Refunds and Exchanges to be processed. If your Exchange is urgent specify on Return or Exchange Form and Customer Services will call on receipt of goods.
Refunds will cover the cost of the goods only; any delivery charges cannot be refunded unless the product is faulty, in which case a full refund will be given. A confirmation from macom® will be sent as soon as the return/exchange has been processed.
Refunds WILL NOT be processed on Sale items.
PLEASE NOTE: We are an ONLINE STORE, and the Returns address is an office, not a shop. You are not able to return or exchange items in person.
