macom® UNISEX FLANK COMPRESSION INSERT

 

Compression inserts are worn beneath the compression garment, in contact with the skin, providing gentle, uniform and continuous compression thus helping to keep the treated area flat. The inserts help to decrease dead space, and facilitate the retraction of the skin post detachment. The insert provides support to the surgical site and helps to avoid fluid retention, minimising the risk of haematomas, alleviating the bruising & optimizing lymphatic drainage post procedure.

Flanks, pectorals, back, dorsal inserts (pair). 

Uses:

  • Cushions, flattens & minimises scarring
  • Provides support to the surgical site and helps to avoid fluid retention following skin detachment procedures such as liposuction
  • They are to be worn either horizontally or vertically depending on the area treated

If you're out when our courier attempts delivery they'll leave a card to let you know.

 

If no one answers the door when our courier attempts delivery they'll leave a card letting you know they've been and which of the following actions they've taken:

 

  • Left your order with a neighbour
  • Left your order somewhere safe on your property
  • Contact them to re-arrange a delivery

 


 

You can ask for your items to be delivered to your work or another address

 

  • Just select the delivery address you want when you place your order
  • You'll need to make sure that the address given is able to accept the delivery and has space for the delivery vehicle
  • Please note we do not accept deliveries to PO Boxes
  • Orders can be delivered to freight forwarding companies, Hotels, Storage and relocation companies who you give permission to take the order on your behalf. However after they've accepted the delivery, we won't be able to give refunds for damaged or lost goods
  • Please note we will not refund you for anything that gets damaged or lost after we have successfully delivered it to the selected delivery address
  • We'll need your billing address to process payment

 


Everything will be done to ensure your delivery reaches you on time. There are however situations beyond our control, such as breakdowns, extreme weather, or issues with the courier company. We are sorry if we are late.


 

Delivery and Bank Holidays

We will be doing everything in our power to keep to the intended transit times bu we would advise shopping at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment on urgent orders.

 



 

Exchange or Return

 

WE STRONGLY ADVISE TRYING THE GARMENT ON IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT TO ENSURE CORRECT SIZE.

If for any reason you wish to exchange or return your order, you may do so only if the following conditions are met: 

 

  • Return must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt for refund/exchange.
  • Garments must not have been worn, washed, damaged, soiled (with stains); please wear underwear when trying on garments.
  • Make sure the product you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your exchange/return.
  • Use caution if members of your household are smokers; returned items with any scent of smoke or other odours (perfumes, cooking, etc.) will, under no circumstances, be eligible for refund/exchange.

 


 

Normally Exchanges/Refunds are processed the next working day after receipt. If your Exchange is urgent please specify on form and Customer Services will call you on receipt of goods.

When returning item(s), we strongly advise sending back Recorded Delivery to ensure tracking. Use the cheapest traceable service at your local Post Office.

If the product you have received is faulty or if you need more information, please e-mail Customer Services at help@macom-medical.com.  We will be happy to help and answer any questions you may have.

 


 

Refunds will cover the cost of the goods only; any delivery charges cannot be refunded. A confirmation from macom® will be sent as soon as the return/exchange has been processed.

inserts are made of foam.

They are fully breathable, hypoallergenic and do not retain body heat.

All  products should be washed by hand, at a maximum temperature of 30°C. They should be air dried.

Bleach should never be used on the products.
