Good to know:

When you have your implants removed, en bloc explantation or encapsulectomy without replacement of implants you will need compression on your breasts to help with tissue and skin retraction.

  • If your cup size was a full B or bigger before implants we would recommend the Sleeveless Bralet.
  • If your cup size was a small B before your implants then we would recommend the Minimizer Bra.

If you're out when our courier attempts delivery they'll leave a card to let you know.


If no one answers the door when our courier attempts delivery they'll leave a card letting you know they've been and which of the following actions they've taken:


  • Left your order with a neighbour
  • Left your order somewhere safe on your property
  • Contact them to re-arrange a delivery



You can ask for your items to be delivered to your work or another address


  • Just select the delivery address you want when you place your order
  • You'll need to make sure that the address given is able to accept the delivery and has space for the delivery vehicle
  • Please note we do not accept deliveries to PO Boxes
  • Orders can be delivered to freight forwarding companies, Hotels, Storage and relocation companies who you give permission to take the order on your behalf. However after they've accepted the delivery, we won't be able to give refunds for damaged or lost goods
  • Please note we will not refund you for anything that gets damaged or lost after we have successfully delivered it to the selected delivery address
  • We'll need your billing address to process payment


Everything will be done to ensure your delivery reaches you on time. There are however situations beyond our control, such as breakdowns, extreme weather, or issues with the courier company. We are sorry if we are late.


Delivery and Bank Holidays

We will be doing everything in our power to keep to the intended transit times bu we would advise shopping at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment on urgent orders.



Exchange or Return

If for any reason you wish to exchange or return your order, you may do so only if the following conditions are met: 


  • Return must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt for refund/exchange.
  • Garments must not have been worn, washed, damaged, soiled (with stains); please wear underwear when trying on garments.
  • Make sure the product you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your exchange/return.
  • Use caution if members of your household are smokers; returned items with any scent of smoke or other odours (perfumes, cooking, etc.) will, under no circumstances, be eligible for refund/exchange.



Normally Exchanges/Refunds are processed the next working day after receipt. If your Exchange is urgent please specify on form and Customer Services will call you on receipt of goods.

When returning item(s), we strongly advise sending back Recorded Delivery to ensure tracking. Use the cheapest traceable service at your local Post Office.

If the product you have received is faulty or if you need more information, please e-mail Customer Services at  We will be happy to help and answer any questions you may have.



Refunds will cover the cost of the goods only; any delivery charges cannot be refunded. A confirmation from macom® will be sent as soon as the return/exchange has been processed.

 garments are made of 90.4% Polyamide and 9.6% Elastane.

All products are 100% latex free.

They are fully breathable, hypoallergenic and do not retain body heat.

All  products should be washed by hand, at a maximum temperature of 30°C. They should be air dried.

Bleach should never be used on the products. 

Do not tumble dry, iron or dry clean the garments as this may lead to permanent alteration of their shape and a loss of elasticity.

Do not remove stains with solvents.

How could we improve: The Macom minimizer compression bra is lightweight, comfortable and practical ie on day 3 post op when the swelling caused the bra to feel tight I was able to easily loosen the garment using the easy to reach front fastening hooks. Thankfully, I was given enough information from macom-medical to know the compression bra should not feel tight. In addition, when I wore the bra in the bath the water marks did not stain. To sum up I received more guidence on what to wear to aid recovery and obtain the result I wanted by Macom than the hospital or my consultant. I was fortunate enough to have the time to do my own online research where I found your company provided an excellent website. However, it would have been more helpful if this information had been given to me at the Nuffield Hiospital Chichester or by my plastic surgeon who only advised me to purchase a sports bra from M & S. I will definitely advise them in my feedback and your company will be highly recommended. Thank you so much for your great product kind regards Angela
