Frequently asked questions
If I need a second stage garment, when should I start wearing it?
We usually recommend starting your second stage garments 8 weeks after surgery. However, it is best to ask your Doctor when they think it best for you to begin.
I have 2 discount codes but the website is not letting me put them both in?
We can only accept one discount code at a time. Our system will not allow you to add more than one code.
How tight my garment has to be?
Your garment should be as tight as possible without causing any discomfort or pain, the compression should aliviate your pain and not cause any.
What does ‘open gusset’ mean?
Open gusset describes the garments which do not have a crotch. Therefore these garments are much comfier and more convenient to wear as you can wear your underwear over the top, meaning that you do not have to take off the garment to use the bathroom.
