Comfortable & Discreet Girdles

Our shapewear girdles are comfortable, supportive and discreet. We use medical-grade materials in all our girdles to ensure they are breathable, hypoallergenic and don't retain body heat.

About Our Girdles

Our body shaping girdles are designed for women. They can also be used as medical-grade compression garments for recovery after surgery, such as liposuction and abdominal procedures.

macom® girdles come in various styles, including panty girdles, high-back, with shorts or leggings. Our girdles feature adjustable, detachable straps and front closures to make them accessible and comfortable. We use expert-selected materials, featuring outward-facing seams to protect healing incisions and open gussets so you can wear your own underwear under them.

Discreet Girdles For Everyday Wear

Girdles are a discreet form of shapewear that can be used daily. They smooth the midsection, flatten the tummy, sculpt natural curves and support daily comfort under clothing. Girdles don’t burn fat or reduce weight, but they do redistribute and compact soft tissue, which changes how your body looks in clothing. This can help you appear slimmer, more defined and lifted, especially in form-fitting outfits.

Girdles With Graduated Compression For Better Results

Our girdles apply graduated compression across the midsection, hips, waist and lower abdomen. This pressure helps:

  • Flatten the tummy by holding in soft tissue and compressing abdominal muscles.
  • Smooth out love handles and bulges, creating a more even silhouette.
  • Lift the buttocks (depending on the style) by supporting the glutes and preventing flattening.
  • Improve posture by encouraging a straighter spine, which in turn can make you look taller and leaner.

Unlike other shapewear, macom® girdles are medical-grade, meaning the compression is both targeted and consistent. This is key for more effective and sustained body shaping without discomfort.

Frequently asked questions

If I need a second stage garment, when should I start wearing it?

We usually recommend starting your second stage garments 8 weeks after surgery. However, it is best to ask your Doctor when they think it best for you to begin.

I have 2 discount codes but the website is not letting me put them both in?

We can only accept one discount code at a time. Our system will not allow you to add more than one code.

How tight my garment has to be?

Your garment should be as tight as possible without causing any discomfort or pain, the compression should aliviate your pain and not cause any.

What does ‘open gusset’ mean?

Open gusset describes the garments which do not have a crotch. Therefore these garments are much comfier and more convenient to wear as you can wear your underwear over the top, meaning that you do not have to take off the garment to use the bathroom.
