macom® Male High Waist Bermuda Compression Garment

The macom® Male High Waist Bermuda is a premium men's post-surgery compression garment designed to provide medical-grade support following liposuction and body contouring procedures. These high waist compression shorts for men help reduce swelling, improve comfort and support the healing process after surgery.

Featuring a centre front hook-and-eye fastening, this male compression garment offers adjustable compression for a secure, personalised fit throughout recovery. The high-waisted design provides targeted support to the abdomen, flanks and upper thighs, while the removable shoulder straps help keep the garment comfortably in place.

An open gusset allows you to wear your own underwear, and all seams are positioned on the outside of the garment to minimise contact with incision sites, helping to improve comfort during healing.

Why Wear a Compression Garment After Surgery?

Following liposuction or abdominal surgery, wearing a compression garment can help:

  • Reduce swelling and inflammation
  • Improve circulation
  • Support healing tissues
  • Help minimise fluid build-up (seromas)
  • Encourage skin retraction
  • Increase comfort during recovery
  • Promote smoother post-operative results

Always follow your surgeon's advice regarding compression levels and how long to wear your garment.

macom® Tip

Using compression inserts can help decrease dead space, encourage skin retraction after tissue separation and provide additional support to treated areas.

Recommended Compression Inserts

If you require extra abdominal compression, we recommend pairing this garment with the macom® Adjustable 3 Panel Binder.

Before Your Surgery

We recommend trying your garment on as soon as it arrives and before your procedure. This allows you to confirm the correct size and ensures you have the right garment ready for your recovery.

For hygiene and convenience, we also recommend purchasing two garments so you can wear one while washing the other.
