About Our Medical Compression Leggings
Medical compression leggings can be used to improve blood flow and provide supportive, targeted compression. Post surgery compression leggings are important for recovery following a leg procedure helping to reduce swelling and stimulate lymphatic drainage.
Medical Compression Leggings That Improve Results
Macom® medical compression leggings form an important part of your recovery after surgery. They can help to reduce swelling by promoting better circulation and reducing fluid buildup. Using post surgery compression leggings can reduce discomfort as you recover and lead to faster healing.
Our medical compression leggings have been developed with highly experienced surgeons to ensure the best balance between comfort and effective compression. They include adjustable features and fastenings to make them easy to get on and off, and to maintain the right level of compression as you recover.
Use Post Surgery Compression Leggings For Leg & Knee Surgery & Liposuction
Our post surgery compression garments are beneficial for recovery after a range of surgeries, including:
- Knee surgery
- Calf surgery
- Ankle surgery
- Leg Liposuction – often around the thighs and knees
Medical compression leggings can also be used with sclerotherapy – a medical procedure used to deal with spider veins and varicose veins – and to aid Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) prevention.
On long flights that can restrict blood flow to the legs and feet due to being seated for long periods and cause varicose veins, we recommend pairing your compression leggings with compression stockings or socks.
Use Compression Leggings For Athletic Support
Compression leggings can be used for exercise, helping to maintain good blood pressure in your legs and keeping muscles warm throughout training. Athletes wear compression leggings to help with delayed onset muscle soreness and to reduce muscle fatigue.

Frequently asked questions
If I need a second stage garment, when should I start wearing it?
We usually recommend starting your second stage garments 8 weeks after surgery. However, it is best to ask your Doctor when they think it best for you to begin.
I have 2 discount codes but the website is not letting me put them both in?
We can only accept one discount code at a time. Our system will not allow you to add more than one code.

Your garment should be as tight as possible without causing any discomfort or pain, the compression should aliviate your pain and not cause any.
What does ‘open gusset’ mean?
Open gusset describes the garments which do not have a crotch. Therefore these garments are much comfier and more convenient to wear as you can wear your underwear over the top, meaning that you do not have to take off the garment to use the bathroom.
