Getting The Right Size Bra

All our post surgery bras sizes are based on the band size. Post surgery compression bras have bands that sit lower on the rib cage than everyday bras, so band measurement will differ from your high-street bra size. Our sizes are listed from X-Small to XX-Large and are measured in inches.

Expandable Cups

All our post surgery compression bras have expandable cups, which will mould to your new cup size.

Post surgery bras with expandable cups ensure the best fit, particularly for breast surgeries that change your breast size, like breast augmentations.

Getting The Right Fit

It is important to get the right fit for your post surgery compression bra to ensure the best recovery. If you do not have a well fitting bra or you aren't sure of your correct bra size, consider getting your bra size checked.

Try On Your Post Surgery Bra Before You Use It

Every body is different and the Size Chart is only intended as a guide to post surgery bra sizing. We strongly recommend trying on your bra before your breast surgery to check the fit, ensure you have the correct size and to learn how to adjust the fitting before your procedure. Trying on the bra before surgery will give you time to exchange it if need be.

How To Measure Post Surgery Bra Size

If you don't know your post surgery bra size, you can measure yourself. Start by measuring yourself under the bust (in inches). Add 2 inches to the total and that will be your size for post surgery bras – this ensures the right fit as compression bra bands sit lower on the rib cage than standard bra bands.

E.g: If you measure 34.5, adding 2 inches you will be 36.5, round up to 36 - your size is Large in macom bras.

Post Surgery Bras

All our post-surgery bras are designed with expandable cups to provide a flexible and supportive fit across a range of cup sizes, up to GG. This means you only need to know your current high street bra band size. The cups will mould to your new cup size. Our post surgery bra sizes are measured in inches: X-Small (28 - 30), Small (32), Medium (34), Large (36), X-Large (38), XX-Large (40).
