A Compression Bra With Wide Straps For Full Coverage & Bigger Support

The Comfort Bra's adjustable wide shoulder straps with branded elastic band under the chest’s inframammary fold make it an ideal first stage post surgery bra for patients needing shoulder support and easy access. Our Comfort Bra is similar to our popular Signature Bra, however, the wide straps give it fuller coverage and bigger support.

Comfort Bra Sizes

All macom® post op compression bras can be sized based on your high-street bra size. If you wear a Large or size 36 bra, a Large macom® bra should be the right fit for you. If you aren't sure you are wearing the right size bra, you can use the size chart under Bras in our Size Guide.

Our comfort bras are sized from X-Small to XX-Large and are measured in inches. This refers to the bra band size. All our post surgery bras, including the comfort bra, have expandable cups that fit A to GG – or F for our X-Small size. 

Our size range:

• X-Small – 28-30
• Small – 32 
• Medium - 34
• Large – 36
• X-Large – 38
• XX-Large – 40

We strongly recommend trying on your comfort bra before your breast surgery to ensure you have the right size. This allows for time to get an exchange or new size before your procedure if need be.

Getting The Right Fit

Post surgical compression bras should fit snugly after your procedure. You might experience some swelling and bloating after the procedure, which will impact how the comfort bra feels, but with the right size bra you can adapt to changes using the front fastening.

USE AND CARE ADVICE FOR MACOM® BRA

We recommend ordering more than one post surgical compression bra. It is important to wash your comfort bra regularly during recovery and having at least two will mean you can keep wearing one while the other is being washed.
