We do not offer free delivery. Delivery costs vary depending on how soon you want your items to arrive and where in the world they are being shipped to.
Deliveries are charged at a flat rate per order, regardless of weight, how many or few items are in your order.
We deliver across the UK and internationally around the world.
Delivery can be arranged for the same day, next day or within 5 days.
Standard 2-5 working day delivery is £4.99
Express 1-2 working day delivery is £9.90
Next working day delivery before 1pm (pre-1pm) is £14.90
Same working day courier delivery is £25 and only available within London, UK.
If you order before 3pm on a working day, your order will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day. Our cut off time for deliveries is 3pm every weekday. If an order is placed after 3pm on Friday, it will be dispatched the next working day (Monday).

In most cases, your delivery fee will cover the full cost of delivery. If there are additional costs incurred at customs, you will be contacted by the delivery service provider with details of the amounts and how to pay.
In this instance, you can write a delivery note on your order stating where you would like the order to be left, with a neighbour or in a safe place. You will not need a signature if you have stated a safe place for the order to be left.

Yes, you can change the delivery address once you place an order. However, it is imperative that the delivery address is correct.
Unfortunately we are just an online store so we do not have a shop where you can try garments on. We do not hold any stock in our London offices. We also have a 14-day return or exchange policy so you can order and try on garments in the comfort of your home.
Please be aware that in order to receive an exchange or refund, the garment returned has to match all the requirements listed on the form of your Dispatch Note, or you can check them here.
