The i-Bra is the most supportive post-surgical compression bra of our range. 

  • The i-Bra is ideal for anatomical and large implants preventing rotation

  • All seams are facing outward to prevent any rubbing against your incisions
  • Full coverage with fully expandable cups that will expand and mould to your new cup size
  • The compression around the back will help to minimise swelling and stabilise implants

ORDER BASED ON YOUR CURRENT BRA SIZE: X-SMALL (28 - 30), SMALL (32), MEDIUM (34), LARGE (36), X-LARGE (38), XX-LARGE (40).

In some cases the i-Bra might not be suitable for mastopexy (breast uplift) because of the double layered design, please check the Signature Bra for this procedure.

Important Note:
If you don't know your bra size then you need to measure yourself under the bust and add 2 inches to the total, that will be your size in the macom bras.
e.g.: If you measure 34.5, adding 2 inches you will be 36.5, round up to 36 - your size is Large in the macom bras.

Try product on immediately upon receipt and prior to surgery. If it fits, it should fit post procedure.

It is recommended to order more than one compression bra for post-surgical augmentation: one on, one off.

Care Instructions

macom® garments are made of 90.4% Polyamide and 9.6% Elastane.

All products are 100% latex free.

They are fully breathable, hypoallergenic, and do not retain body heat.

All macom®​ products should be washed by hand, at a maximum temperature of 30°C. They should be air dried.

Bleach and fabric conditioner should never be used on the products. 

Do not tumble dry, iron or dry clean the garments as this may lead to permanent alteration of their shape and a loss of elasticity.

Do not remove stains with solvents.
