Post Surgery Bra Sizes
All macom® post surgery compression bras can be sized based on your high-street bra size. If you wear a Medium or size 34 bra, a Medium macom® bra should be the right fit for you. If you aren't sure you are wearing the right size bra, you can use the size chart under Bras in our Size Guide.
Our post surgery bras are sized from X-Small to XX-Large and are measured in inches. This refers to the bra band size. All our post surgery bras, including the Signature Bra, have expandable cups that fit up to GG.

- Large – 36
- X-Large – 38
- XX-Large – 40
We also offer a Plus Size post surgery bra.
We strongly recommend trying on your bra before your breast surgery to ensure you have the right size. This allows for time to get an exchange or new size before your procedure if need be.
Getting The Right Fit
Post surgery compression bras should fit snugly after your procedure. You might experience some swelling and bloating after the procedure, which will impact how the bra feels, but with the right size bra you can adapt to changes using the front fastening.

USE AND CARE ADVICE FOR MACOM® BRA
It is recommended to order more than one post surgical compression bra. It is important to wash your post surgery bra regularly during recovery and having at least two will mean you can keep wearing one while the other is being washed. Care Instructions
macom® garments are made of 90.4% Polyamide and 9.6% Elastane.
All products are 100% latex free.
They are fully breathable, hypoallergenic, and do not retain body heat.
All macom® products should be washed by hand, at a maximum temperature of 30°C. They should be air dried.
Bleach and fabric conditioner should never be used on the products.
Do not tumble dry, iron or dry clean the garments as this may lead to permanent alteration of their shape and a loss of elasticity.
Do not remove stains with solvents.
